Liberty Tank Lines will be hiring drivers for the Spokane and Moses Lake terminal during the spring and summer seasons.  Drivers are required to have at least 2 years of CDL driving experience and must be no less than 25 years of age.  Training for petroleum transport is provided.  Other requirements include clean criminal background and good health.  All trucks are near new, loaded with options (air, tilt, cruise, etc) and powered by large Caterpillar engines with 18 and 13 speed transmissions and feature air ride suspensions.  Mature drivers are a must.  Cigarette smokers are provided designated smoking areas.  Delivery trips are mostly open road with a few local loads and return to base at the end of each shift.  Drivers are advised to take up residence close to their respective terminals.  Benefits include Medical (after 180 day probationary period), vacation (outside of summer months requested) and six paid holidays whether working or not.  Pay is hourly and rate of pay is based on factors such as previous tank truck experience along with number errors and efficiency.  Trucks usually run around the clock and every attempt is made to give drivers at least two days off per week. 

Resumes should include a copy of your driver’s license and current copy of your DMV report.  Also, if your license is due for renewal then you will be required to obtain a HAZ MAT certification.  The HAZ MAT certification can take a few weeks and the procedure should be started prior to your license renewal.
